Kinetica Deepwater Express Pipeline Conditions
Kinetica Deepwater Express (KDE) has limited flexibility to manage imbalances. Shippers should
maintain sufficient receipt and delivery volumes to minimize imbalances, ensure system integrity, and
maintain safe operations.
Effective Gas Day August 9, ID1 Cycle, all receipt point operators are required to keep actual daily
receipts into the Kinetica system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their
cumulative imbalance positions.
Customers are strongly advised to monitor the EBB for updates. During business hours, please contact
the Gas Scheduling team at (713) 228-3347 x 420 if you have any questions.
