KDE System Pipeline Conditions
Kinetica Deepwater Express (KDE) has limited flexibility to manage imbalances. Shippers should
maintain sufficient receipt and delivery volumes to minimize imbalances, ensure system integrity, and
maintain safe operations.
Effective Gas Day May 10, ID1 Cycle, all receipt point operators are required to keep actual daily receipts
into the Kinetica system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative
imbalance positions, submitting same day nomination adjustments if necessary, regardless of their
cumulative imbalance positions.
Customers are strongly advised to monitor the EBB for updates. During business hours, please contact
the Gas Scheduling team at (713) 228-3347 x 420. After hours, please contact the on-call scheduler
(posted on the EBB).
