Update #2 - Force Majeure – Reported Leak Downstream of Neptune and Pelican Plants
KDE has been notified by the Enlink Pelican plant that the raw make line is ramping up, and will
be able to handle the full capacity of extracted NGLs from the Pelican plant. Restrictions on
KDE have been lifted effective tomorrow’s gas day, 5/15.
Quantities will be scheduled to EPSQ for today’s gas day, 5/14, ID2 cycle. Nomination increases
will not be accepted.
Customers are strongly advised to monitor the EBB for updates. For questions about
nominations, please contact the Gas Scheduling Representative at (713) 228-3347 x420. After
hours please contact the on-call scheduler (posted on the EBB).
