Force Majeure – Reported Leak Downstream of Neptune and Pelican Plants


Kinetica Deepwater Express (KDE) received notification that, due to a pipeline rupture in the
Promix NGL takeaway line after a vehicle struck the line, both Enlink Pelican and Enterprise
Neptune plants have reduced intake volumes to zero. All receipt volumes into KDE pipeline
must be reduced to zero, effective immediately.

Scheduled Quantities will be reduced to EPSQ for today’s Intraday 1 cycle, and to zero for
tomorrow’s gas day, 5/15, until further notice.

There is no estimate time of repair at this point.

Customers are strongly advised to monitor the EBB for updates. For questions about
nominations, please contact the Gas Scheduling Representative at (713) 228-3347 x420. After
hours please contact the on-call scheduler (posted on the EBB).
