    Restriction at Grand Chenier/ANR (meter 399000) – Update #1

    Kinetica Deepwater Express has been notified by ANR of planned pipeline maintenance and capacity
    restrictions downstream of the Grand Chenier liquids handling facility (see ANR notice ID #7825) in
    August 2016.

    In conjunction with the ANR maintenance activities, Kinetica Deepwater Express (KDE) will be
    performing maintenance between WC 167 and the Grand Chenier Liquid Handling facilities. The KDE
    maintenance activities will include work associated with the planned shutdown of the Grand Chenier
    Liquid Handling station effective September 1, 2016.

    During the maintenance, deliveries to Grand Chenier/ANR (meter 399000) will be restricted to 0
    DTH/day from Gas Day 10 through Gas Day 20. Nominations will be accepted for Timely cycle on Gas
    Day 21.

    In addition, the following meters may experience higher than normal pipeline pressures during KDE
    pigging operations (starting on August 10 at 9 AM for approximately 36 hours) from WC167 to Grand
    Chenier (on lines 604 and 767):

    • 310022 – WC 167
    • 311110 – WC 165
    • 313017 – WC 100
    • 313120 – WC 168

    Alternative delivery options include TGP via Kinetica Energy Express (meter 024003). For questions
