Kern River - Fillmore Compressor Station Unit 2 Force Majeure

Notice Text:
On August 7, 2026, Kern River experienced a mechanical failure on Unit 2 at the
Fillmore compressor station, which constitutes a Force Majeure Event under Section 7.1
of the General Terms and Conditions of Kern Rivers FERC Gas Tariff. Kern River is
diligently working to complete the necessary repairs and return the unit to service. More
information will be posted as it becomes available.
Effective gas day August 7, 2026, ID2 cycle, the operating capacity at the Fillmore
Compressor Station will be reduced to 2,286,229 Dths. For gas day August 8, 2026,
Timely cycle, the Fillmore Compressor Station capacity will be set to 2,268,000 Dths.
All delivery meters located downstream of the Fillmore compressor station may be
impacted.

Kern River will continue to evaluate system conditions and nomination flow patterns
each cycle to determine operational capacity levels that maximize throughput.
Kern River requires all customers to align daily scheduled nominations with physical
receipts and deliveries to ensure that Kern River can maintain its line pack and system
integrity.
Shippers are reminded to submit nominations in the Timely Cycle, or as early as
possible, to optimize priority of service.
