SoCalGas Posts Force Majeure Notice

Notice Text:
Pursuant to information contained in Southern California Gas Company's ("SoCalGas") recent
maintenance schedule, due to a force majeure, SoCalGas has reduced capacity at the Wheeler Ridge
Zone. Per SoCalGas' notice, the capacity reduction during the event for the Wheeler Ridge Zone will be
approximately 672,230 Dths.
Shippers can visit SoCalGas' website https://socalgas-envoy.com to view current and future operational
capacities on SoCalGas' system.
Kern River shippers should nominate gas accordingly and fully utilize Kern River's Kramer Junction
delivery meter to optimize deliveries into SoCalGas' system. The Kern River operational capacity at
Kramer Junction is 729,900 Dth/d.
