Kern River - Fillmore Compressor Station Unit 2 Force Majeure

Notice Text:
On November 12, 2025, Kern River experienced a mechanical failure on Unit 2 at the Fillmore
compressor station, which constitutes a Force Majeure Event under Section 7.1 of the General Terms
and Conditions of Kern Rivers FERC Gas Tariff. Kern River is diligently working to complete the necessary
repairs and return the unit to service. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
Effective gas day November 13, 2025, evening cycle operating capacity at the Fillmore compressor
station will be reduced to 2,264,000 Dths. Based on current scheduled quantities through Fillmore of
1,712,513 Dths, Kern River does not anticipate any impact to firm or interruptible service.
Kern River will continue to evaluate system conditions and nomination flow patterns each cycle to
determine operational capacity levels that maximize throughput. Kern River anticipates necessary
repairs will be completed by November 17, 2025.

Kern River requires all customers to align daily scheduled nominations with physical receipts and
deliveries to ensure that Kern River can maintain its line pack and system integrity.
Customers are reminded to submit nominations in the Timely Cycle, or as early as possible, to optimize
priority of service.
