Subject: RESOLVED - TC eConnect Login Issue

TC Energy has resolved the issues related to the OKTA Verify authentication system.** Previous Notice:TC Energy is continuing to experience issues with the OKTA Verify authentication system. The issue is impacting users who receive verification notification via email. If users already have Okta Verify enrolled when prompted for email verification, users can select "Verify with something else." This will prompt users for other enrolled factor (Okta Verify or Google Authenticator) and then users can authenticate with the respective factor. Because this may impact shippers’ ability to submit nominations in the TC eConnects system we will extend the TIM nomination deadline for the TIM Cycle for Gas Day Monday, December 15, 2025, by 20 minutes. This will allow TIM nominations to be accepted until 1:20 PM CST. Should you experience any login issues, please contact the appropriate Nominations and Scheduling hotline for your asset and a representative will assist you.Resolving this issue is a top priority and this notice will be updated as new information is available.
