    Golden Triangle Storage, LLC Force Majeure – Equipment Failure

    January 27, 2026

    Effective immediately and until further notice, Golden Triangle Storage, LLC (GTS) is declaring a force
    majeure event pursuant to Section 17 of the General Terms and Conditions of GTS’ FERC Gas Tariff due
    to equipment failure. During this event, there will be no injections to or withdrawals from the caverns.
    Wheeling activity is subject to curtailments and GTS will curtail nominated volumes as needed according
    to the declining priorities set forth in Section 5 of GTS’ FERC Gas Tariff.
    Updates will be provided as more information is available.
