    Golden Triangle Storage, LLC Force Majeure

    November 3, 2025

    Effective immediately and until further notice, Golden Triangle Storage, LLC (GTS) is declaring a force
    majeure event pursuant to Section 17 of the General Terms and Conditions of GTS’ FERC Gas Tariff due
    to the mechanical failure of a compressor unit. During this event, total receipt volumes from
    interconnecting pipelines will be restricted to approximately 100,000 Dth per day. This maintenance is
    not expected to impact any customer withdrawals from the GTS storage caverns. GTS will curtail
    nominated volumes as needed according to the declining priorities set forth in Section 5 of GTS’ FERC
    Gas Tariff.
