    Golden Triangle Storage, LLC Force Majeure Update

    October 21, 2025 Update

    The compressor issues have been resolved. The force majeure event is lifted effective immediately

    and Golden Triangle Storage has resumed normal operations.

    October 17, 2025


    Effective October 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM CST, and until further notice, Golden Triangle Storage, LLC (GTS) is
    declaring a force majeure event pursuant to Section 17 of the General Terms and Conditions of GTS’
    FERC Gas Tariff due to the mechanical failure of a compressor unit. For the duration of this event, GTS
    will curtail nominated volumes as needed according to the declining priorities set forth in Section 5 of
    GTS’ FERC Gas Tariff.

    Golden Triangle Storage, LLC Force Majeure Update
    October 21, 2025 Update
