    Golden Pass Pipeline LLC (GPPL) hereby notifies shippers and interconnected
    operators that Gulf Run Transmission, LLC, which is both upstream of and
    interconnected with GPPL’s system, issued a Critical, Operational Alert on January
    20, 2026, advising shippers and operators that In light of weather forecasts
    projecting colder temperatures it will be required to maintain actual receipts and
    deliveries commensurate with scheduled volumes, beginning Saturday, January
    24th, 2026 at 9 AM     and continuing until further notice.

    Gulf Run has stated that it

    will be unable to support short imbalance positions and will be unable to provide
    any tolerance for short positions. Accordingly, Gulf Run may reduce scheduled
    delivery quantities intraday to balance actual receipts and deliveries to maintain
    system deliverability and operational integrity. As an interconnected
    operator, GPPL advises its shippers and interconnected operators that it will
    monitor developing conditions and operate its system consistent with Gulf Run’s
    request, and requests that its shippers and operators act accordingly.
