Effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day 7/25, GTN will reinstate capacity at Station 9 CFTP (LOC #18480) to 2,271 MMcf/d.

This is to notify all contracted parties of Gas Transmission Northwest (GTN) is restricting capacity at Station 9 CFTP (LOC #18480) due to the Brewer wildfires near the Madras Compressor Station (CS11) located in Jefferson County, Oregon. Pursuant to Section 6.10 of GTN’s FERC Gas Tariff, GTN is declaring a Force Majeure event impacting capacity at Station 9 CFTP (LOC #18480). As a result, capacity will be reduced as follows:
7/23 (Intraday) – 8/1 Station 9 CFTP (LOC #18480) Available Capacity: 1,840 MMcf/d
This may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 5.1.3.9 shall apply to this outage.
This Force Majeure is independent from Notice ID #1602.
