Gas Transmission Northwest (GTN) is monitoring wildfires near Wallula Compressor Station 8, and is currently on standby for potential evacuation of the station. There are no flow issues at this time, but if there is an evacuation, the station will need to take safety measures including shutting down which will cause potential curtailments on the GTN system.
GTN will continue to monitor the situation and post any updates as more information becomes available.
