Enterprise Texas Pipeline LLC and Enterprise Intrastate LLC (“Transporters”) issue this Operational Flow Order (“OFO”) on both pipeline systems effective at 9:00 AM Central Time on Thursday, May 15, 2025. This OFO will remain in effect until further notice.
Both Transporters hereby require throughout each Gas Day covered by this OFO that all Shippers are required to match physical flows to scheduled volumes at the individual contract level. Only those Shippers with specific contract imbalance remedies in place prior to this notification will be allowed to continue with those pre-approved plans at this time.
Pursuant to Article XVI of Transporter’s Statement of Operating Conditions, imbalances created by a Shipper during this OFO will be subject to (1) a reduction in scheduled re-deliveries to match flowing Gas; and/or (2) a charge equal to the maximum daily price of Gas in the state in which Transporter’s system is located as published in Gas Daily, or if Gas Daily is unavailable, another similar publication, plus $1.00 per MMBtu of the daily imbalance created, as a result of Shipper’s failure to comply with this OFO.
