    STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration – Location Specific DRAFT

    EFFECTIVE DATE: September 28, 2026.

    IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

    DURATION:  Until Further Notice

    AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS:  Specific to the following locations:

    DAPS PHX (300777)

    DAPS PHS (58302)

    DTEP S78 (301149)

    DAEPCWIL (300754)

    DEPECELP (300843)

    DEPECAFT (300842)

     

    OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY:   The EPNG system linepack level starts Gas Day September 28, 2026, at 7,682 MMcf which is decrease of 69 MMcf compared to the start of Gas Day September 27, 2026.  The locations listed above continue to draft the system and undermine our ability to maintain linepack within acceptable levels.

    Deliveries in excess of scheduled quantities.

    CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED:  Immediate action is required to ensure that system pressure remain at a level capable of meeting scheduled deliveries off the system.

    EPNG RESPONSE:

    - Washington Ranch is available for withdrawal.

    - IHSW Service will be suspended.
