    Force Majeure Lifted – Line No. 1204 – Dilkon to Leupp – Anomaly Repairs

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Thursday, August 6, 2026 (Reference Critical Notice No. 629243) associated with its Line No. 1204 Dilkon to Leupp anomaly repairs located in Navajo and Coconino Counties, Arizona.

    The anomaly repairs have been completed, and capacity will be increased at the NORTH ML constraint effective August 7, 2026, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
