Force Majeure – Line 2215 – Line Damage

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced damage on Line 2215, located in Maricopa County, Arizona, requiring the isolation of the line to evaluate and repair. The following locations will be reduced to EPSQ, effective Gas Day May 15, 2026, Intraday 2 Cycle, (Cycle 4) and 0 Dth/day effective May 16, 2026, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1) until further notice:

(301043) – DSRP PHX – Agua Fria 2 Delivery – Meter Number: 055408 – Zero Dth/d Capacity

(301043) – DSRP PHX – Agua Fria Power Plant Rtu R2 R3 R4 – Meter Number: 330250 – Zero Dth/d Capacity

(301043) – DSRP PHX – Agua Fria Power Plant Loflo Rtu R1 – Meter Number: 320557 – Zero Dth/d Capacity

(301043) – DSRP PHX – Agua Fria Power Plant 4 Rtu R5 – Meter Number: 331798 – Zero Dth/d Capacity

(301120) – DSWG PHW – Glendale City Gate – Meter Number: 330433 – Zero Dth/d Capacity

EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact to these locations. Additionally, EPNG will provide updates on the expected return to service as more information becomes available.

This outage constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
