    Force Majeure Lifted – Caprock Station – Unit #2

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Thursday, September 11, 2025 (reference Critical Notice No(s). 626100 and 626823), associated with its Caprock Compressor Station Unit #2 located in Lea County, New Mexico. As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the CAPROCK N constraint effective February 23, 2026, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).

     

    EPNG will be restoring the capacity through the LUSK constraint effective February 23, 2026, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).

     

    EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the increase in capacity through the CAPROCK N constraint and the restored capacity through the LUSK constraint.

     

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
