| Subject: Force Majeure - Tom Mix to Casa Grande |
Force Majeure – Line No. 2000 – Pipeline Replacements – Tom Mix to Casa Grande
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified pipeline anomalies requiring isolation and pipe replacement on Line No. 2000 downstream of EPNG's Tom Mix Compressor Station, located in Pinal County, Arizona. The pipeline repairs will start on Gas Day February 25, 2026, with completion expected on Gas Day March 3, 2026.
Accordingly, the operational capacity through the L2000, CORNL2K, L2K-2, and LORDS C constraints will be limited to 223,600 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) in net capacity, effective Gas Day February 25, 2026, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1).
The operational capacity through the CIMARRON, TOM MIX and CASA C constraints will be reduced to zero dekatherms per day (Dth/d) in net capacity effective Gas Day February 25, 2026, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1).
EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the L2000, CORNL2K, L2K-2, LORDS C, CIMARRON, TOM MIX, and CASA C constraints.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
