Notice Text
WARNING OF STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) – Location Specific PACK
The EPNG system is currently experiencing a high linepack condition due to actual takes below scheduled quantities and receipts from our supply basins in excess of scheduled deliveries.
Washington Ranch is on maximum injection.
The following locations have been contacted regarding their actual takes versus their scheduled volumes and the potential for being placed in a location specific SOC:
ICPSOUTH (314991)
IGRIFFTH (320614)
IMSQUITE (398670)
Delivery point operators are encouraged to continue to take gas according to their scheduled quantities. If the situation fails to improve EPNG will declare an SOC for a PACK condition.
Supply operators are encouraged to reduce and/or maintain their deliveries into the EPNG system at their scheduled rates.
Payback to the system will not be accepted as long as we remain in the high linepack condition.
