Force Majeure Lifted – Flagstaff Compressor Station – Unit #2
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event that resulted in a full station outage associated with its Flagstaff Compressor Station Unit #2, located in Coconino County, Arizona. The Force Majeure was declared on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 (Reference Critical Notice No(s). 616017, 616091, 616465, 616500, 616871, 623567, and 625277). As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the NORTH ML constraint effective February 3, 2026, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the increase in capacity through the NORTH ML constraint.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
