    STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration - System Wide PACK - Update #3 

      

    The EPNG system linepack level starts Gas Day December 22, 2025, at 8135 MMcf which is a decrease of 72 MMcf compared to the start of Gas Day December 21.  The system-wide SOC for a PACK condition (Reference Critical Notice No: 627055, 627064 and 627074) will remain in effect for Gas Day December 22, 2025. 

     

    Delivery point operators are encouraged to review their transport to ensure that their deliveries are in balance with their supplies. 

      

    Washington Ranch is on injection.
