Notice Text:

Effective November 1, 2025, El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (El Paso) will limit the use of the Volume Types of “Off-system Market”, “Off-system Supply” and “Transport” for non-pipeline interconnecting receipt and delivery locations (Locations) to the direction of physical flow at those Locations.  Specifically, “Off-system Market” may only be used for transactions at Locations where physical gas deliveries can be made off of El Paso's system (i.e., where gas is delivered to an off-system market transaction) and “Off-system Supply” may only be used for transactions at Locations where physical gas receipts can be accepted into El Paso's system (i.e., where gas is sourced from an off-system supply transaction).  Volume Types of “Transport” may only be used to deliver or receive gas to or from locations corresponding to the physical capabilities of the location.

Flow Day Diversions will still be allowed to divert previously scheduled quantities to or from a new location subject to the other requirements in the Third Revised Volume No. 1A of El Paso's FERC Gas Tariff, including but not limited to section 6.5 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Shippers will continue to be able to use both “Off-system Market” and Off-system Supply” at Locations that have physical bi-directional capability.  All physical receipt and delivery locations will continue to accept all other valid volume types including Transportation to and from each location.

El Paso will continue to monitor all locations to determine if any other changes are necessary, as nominations and operations change.
