    STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration - System Wide PACK

     

    EFFECTIVE DATE: September 30, 2025

    IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

     

    DURATION:  Until Further Notice

     

    AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS:  System-wide

     

    OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY:  The EPNG system linepack started Gas Day September 30, 2025, at 8,168 MMcf which is an increase of 75 MMcf compared to the start of Gas Day September 29, 2025.

     

    Deliveries below scheduled quantities.

     

    Receipts in excess of scheduled quantities.

     

    CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED:  Immediate action is required to ensure that system integrity is maintained.

     

    EPNG RESPONSE:

    - Washington Ranch is on injection with one unit.  The other unit is under maintenance. 

    - Imbalance payback to the system, such as Payback (Imbalance Payback to TSP) transactions, will be denied due to operational concerns.
