    Force Majeure – Cornudas A Station – Unit #1 and Unit #3 – Update #1

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Friday, June 27, 2025, (reference Critical Notice No. 625358) associated with its Cornudas A Compressor Station Unit #3 located in Hudspeth County, Texas.

     

    Repairs to Cornudas A Compressor Station Unit #1 are ongoing, and the unit remains unavailable.

     

    EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the CORN LPW constraint and the impact of the Force Majeure in conjunction with any other planned maintenance for Gas Day August 18, 2025, Intraday 2 Cycle (Cycle 4).

     

    EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

     

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
