STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration - System Wide DRAFT

EFFECTIVE DATE: June 11, 2025

EFFECTIVE TIME: 8:00 AM MST

IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

DURATION:  Until Further Notice

AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS:  System-wide

OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY:  The EPNG system is experiencing a low linepack condition due to deliveries in excess of scheduled quantities and the impact of supply loss overnight in the Permian basin as a result of storms causing the loss of purchase power to receipt locations. Linepack is currently below 7,650 MMcf, which is a decrease of approximately 223 MMcf compared to the start of Gas Day June 10, 2025.  The forecasted above average temperatures in the desert southwest as well as the potential for additional supply shortfalls, could result in a further decrease in linepack.  Additionally, as stated previously, the Line 2000 scheduled maintenance reduces the usable system linepack and reduces EPNG's linepack flexibility (Reference Pipeline Conditions Notice: 624871).

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED:  Immediate action is required to ensure that system pressures remain at a level capable of meeting scheduled deliveries off the system.

EPNG RESPONSE:

- Washington Ranch is on maximum operational withdrawal.

- Underperformance caps will be placed on underperforming supplies.

- IHSW service is suspended.
