    Force Majeure Lifted – Hueco Station

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Friday, April 25, 2025 (reference Critical Notice No. 624717 associated with its Hueco Compressor Station located in Hudspeth County, Texas. As such, EPNG will be restoring the capacity through the CORN LPW constraint effective April 26, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the restored capacity through the CORN LPW constraint.

     

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
