STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration - System Wide PACK
EFFECTIVE DATE: March 18, 2025
IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%
DURATION: Until Further Notice
AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: System-wide
OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system is experiencing a high linepack condition with the system linepack currently at 8,470 MMcf which is an increase of 120 MMcf when compared to the start of Gas Day March 17, 2025. The increase in linepack is the result of actual deliveries below scheduled quantities and receipts from our supply basins in excess of scheduled deliveries.
CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Immediate action is required to protect system integrity.
EPNG RESPONSE:
· Washington Ranch is on maximum available injection.
· Imbalance payback to the system, such as Payback (Imbalance Payback to TSP) transactions, will be denied due to operational concerns related to maintaining adequate linepack.
