Re: Eastern Shore Pipeline Conditions

– Imbalance Operational Flow Order (OFO) Applicable

to Storage Customers effective May 1, 2021 at 10:00 am EST


Due to maintenance on Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC

’s (Transco) system and

limited availability of daily storage capacity, Eastern Shore is issuing a system-wide Imbalance
Operational Flow Order (OFO) pursuant to Section 24 of the General Terms and Conditions of
its FERC Gas Tariff effective at 10:00 am EST on gas day, Saturday, May 1, 2021.


This OFO will continue until further notice and requires that such storage holding Shippers
ensure that their daily takes from Eastern Shore are concurrent with supply and within tolerance
as specified in Section 22(b) of Eastern Shore’s FERC Gas Tariff, for each gas day during the
effectiveness of the OFO. In addition, all Shippers shall flow ratably.

On April 21, Transco notified its shippers of an imbalance OFO that will be effective beginning
gas day, May 1, 2021. This OFO aligns with the pipeline restrictions at the interconnect between
Eastern Shore and Transco. Please find attached a copy of Transco

Subject: Operational Flow Order - Imbalance

Transco has provided notice of limited flexibility to manage imbalances associated with planned maintenance
activity that is currently scheduled to begin on May 1, 2021. This maintenance activity, Job #234 on the
Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary will reduce daily storage capacity availability which will
significantly reduce flexibility to manage imbalances on the system. Shippers are encouraged to maintain a
concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries daily.

In order to ensure maintenance of line pack, maintain safe, efficient and reliable services, manage
imbalances, and handle other within-the-day volatility Transco is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) as
indicated below.

Transco's FERC Gas Tariff General Terms and Conditions.
