Re: Transco Receipt Point Impacts due to Transco Planned Outage (Job #276)

Transco

ntinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC (“Transco) has previously provided Eastern

Shore

Natural Gas (“Eastern Shore”) notice of a planned outage (Job #276) which would take

the Transco Hockessin interconnect fully out of service for the period of July 27, 2020 through
August 14, 2020. Transco requires a full meter outage to perform necessary anomaly cutouts
on the Delaware Power & Light Lateral (Hockessin interconnect between Eastern Shore and
Transco).

During this outage window, Eastern Shore may be required to limit daily nominations on Transco
if max flow capacity is approached at the Transco Parkesburg Interconnect. The extent of this
impact will vary daily and depends on changing operating conditions. Eastern Shore will work
directly with any affected shippers as needed.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
