Critical Notice
Date: October 9, 2019
To: Eastern Shore Natural Gas Shippers
Re: Chesapeake Utilities Corporation
– Companywide Communications Outage
A corporate-directed communications outage is scheduled to occur from 6:00pm EST on Friday,
October 25th until 9:00pm EST on Sunday, October 27th. The pipeline and operations will be
unaffected. However during this time Eastern Shore access to email, file servers, imbalance
volumes, and all reporting functionality will be suspended. All reporting and files will be updated
by Monday with any activity during the outage. Any and all urgent communication must be
facilitated via telephone or text. This includes changes to pipeline nominations in all
cycles.
