To: Eastern Shore Natural Gas Shippers

Re: Planned Service Outage at Eastern Shore’s Parkesburg interconnect with
Transcontinental Gas Pipeline (Transco) – Effective 10am EST on Thursday, February 21,
2019 through 10am EST on Friday, February 22, 2019
Commencing at 10am EST on Thursday, February 21, 2019, Eastern Shore is temporarily
taking its Parkesburg interconnect with Transcontinental Gas Pipeline (Transco) out of service
in order to facilitate the completion of construction work at the facility. The work is currently
scheduled to be completed within the time period of the following Gas Day: February 21, 2019.
During this time period, deliveries from Transco will be limited.
Eastern Shore will be reaching out to each shipper directly regarding their specific maximum
Transco volume that can be scheduled for Gas Day: February 21, 2019.
Eastern Shore will continue to provide updates regarding this planned service outage as
necessary.
