Re: Eastern Shore Pipeline Conditions

– Operational Flow Order (OFO) effective January 30,

2019 at 10:00 am EST

Due to anticipated high demand on Eastern Shore’s system, Eastern Shore is issuing a system-
wide Imbalance Operational Flow Order (OFO) pursuant to Section 24 of the General Terms
and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff effective at 10:00 am EST on gas day, Wednesday,
January 30, 2019.

This OFO will continue until further notice and requires that all shippers ensure that their daily
“Due From Shipper” imbalance (i.e. short to the pipeline) be within tolerance as specified in
Section 22(b) of Eastern Shore’s FERC Gas Tariff, for each gas day during the effectiveness of
the OFO. In addition, all shippers shall flow ratably.
