    Date: January 29, 2026

    To: Eastern Shore Natural Gas Shippers

    Re: Eastern Shore Pipeline Conditions Update

    – REMINDER – Operational Flow Order (OFO)

    – Level 1 effective Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 10:00 am EST remains in effect


    This is a reminder that due to anticipated high demand on Eastern Shore’s system, Eastern
    Shore issued a system-wide Imbalance Operational Flow Order (OFO) to Level 1 pursuant to
    Section 6.24 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff effective at 9:00 am
    CST (10:00 am EST) on gas day, Saturday, January 24, 2026.

    This OFO will continue until further notice and requires that all shippers ensure that their daily
    “Due to Pipeline” imbalance (i.e. short to the pipeline) be within tolerance as specified in Section
    22(b) of Eastern Shore’s FERC Gas Tariff, for each gas day during the effectiveness of the OFO.
    In addition, all shippers shall flow ratably.
