Re: Eastern Shore Pipeline Conditions Update – Operational Flow Order (OFO) – Level 1
effective Sunday, December 14, 2025 at 10:00 am EST


Eastern Shore is issuing a system-wide Imbalance Operational Flow Order (OFO) to Level 1
pursuant to Section 6.24 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff effective
at 9:00 am CST (10:00 am EST) on gas day, Sunday, December 14, 2025.

This OFO will continue until further notice and requires that all shippers ensure that their daily
“Due to Pipeline” imbalance (i.e. short to the pipeline) be within tolerance as specified in Section
22(b) of Eastern Shore’s FERC Gas Tariff, for each gas day during the effectiveness of the OFO.
In addition, all shippers shall flow ratably.
