Temporary Cashout Treatment for July 2026 Production Month

In light of the downstream operational issues affecting the Larose Gas Processing Plant, as discussed in the Operational Alert postings by Discovery Gas Transmission LLC (DGT), DGT hereby notifies Shippers that, for the July 2026 production month, it will waive, pursuant to Section 23 of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of its Tariff, the penalty applicable to imbalances determined pursuant to Section 9.4.1 of the GTC and will calculate the cashout value amount without applying the penalty percentage level to the applicable Overage Index Price or Underage Index Price in the cashout calculation. As a result, all imbalances will be cashed out at 100 percent of the applicable Index Price. All other applicable tariff provisions governing imbalance determination, valuation, invoicing, and settlement shall remain unchanged. This temporary treatment applies only to the July 2026 production month.
