Discovery Producer Services (DPS) has notified Discovery Gas Transmission (DGT) of processing capacity constraints at the Larose Gas Processing Plant ("Larose").
Effective for the gas day July 2nd forward, DGT will allocate all Shippers on deliveries to Larose ("Shipper Allocated Plant Delivery"). DGT has the ability to bypass gas around Larose. Shippers can nominate per their existing contracts to have the portion of their gas volumes not deliverable to Larose ("Shipper Unallocated Plant Delivery") redirected to bypass Larose by requesting delivery to either the Sea Robin Pipeline via DGT's Emergency Outlet Lateral or to the Kinetica Pipeline.
DGT will communicate the recommended nomination quantities (Dt) for delivery to Sea Robin and Kinetica individually to each shipper. Once the Shipper Unallocated Plant Delivery nominations have been submitted by Shippers to DGT, DGT will allocate Sea Robin Pipeline and Kinetica Pipeline deliveries according to the Tariff and Transportation Agreements and will confirm all nominated volumes. These recommended nomination quantities for each Shipper Unallocated Plant Delivery may be adjusted as conditions evolve, and DGT will provide updated recommendations to shippers as necessary.
DGT is recommending these steps in order to maximize gas flow and minimize curtailment to production.
These requirements will remain in effect until DGT is notified by DPS that additional processing capacity has been restored at Larose.
Please contact your Commercial or Scheduling Representative with any questions.
