ue to the continued unplanned maintenance at Pleasant Valley compressor station, CPL has determined that daily and hourly flexibility is not
available. Excess daily and hourly takes have caused reduced pressures on the CPL system and jeopardized CPL’s ability to meet its firm
transportation service obligations.

ustomer Action Required

ective immediately, and until further notice, CPL requests the following: Customers under CPL’s transportation rate schedules should, to the
extent possible, deliver and receive natural gas on a uniform hourly flow basis during the day, or 1/24th of the scheduled confirmed
nominations for the applicable day. In addition, Power Plant Operators are reminded that they must continue to provide information mandated
by FERC Order No. 698, which includes the hourly consumption profile of power generation facilities served by CPL. CPL will continue to
review and approve the Order No. 698 burn profiles, according to the procedures distributed to each Agent / Power Generator and posted on
CPL
