ue to forecasted weather conditions, CPL has determined that daily and hourly flexibility will be very limited. Excess takes - daily and hourly -
may cause reduced pressures in various areas of the CPL system and jeopardize CPL's ability to meet its firm service obligations.

ective Wednesday, January 14, 2026, and continuing until further notice, CPL hereby issues this Alert to request the following: Buyers
under CPL's transportation rate schedules shall deliver to CPL and receive natural gas on a uniform hourly flow basis during the day (or 1/24th
of the scheduled confirmed nominations for the applicable day or other pre-authorized hourly flow rates accepted by CPL). Operator shall
consider hourly flow rate requests on a not unduly discriminatory basis, provided that Operator has determined that the operational capability
is available and provided further that the additional flexibility will not impair Operator's ability to render other nominated and scheduled firm
services. Any such requests shall be directed to your Interstate Marketing Manager. Power Generators should direct their requests to the CPL
