    Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C.

    July 1, 2026

    Force Majeure Declared - PIN 800078 (BEA)

    Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) has experienced mechanical failure on Unit #3 at the Beaver compressor station which requires repair. The repair work will reduce the delivery capacity at PIN 800078 (BEA) Beaver to 70,000 Dth/d until further notice.    

    Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the ID2 Cycle Gas Day July 1, 2026, until further notice.
