Force Majeure Declared Segment 266

                                                                           

Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) continues to evaluate anomalies on Line 3A.  The anomaly identified on May 2nd between Springfield and MLV 15 has been repaired. However, another anomaly in the same pipeline section has been identified requiring another immediate pressure restriction.   The new anomaly pressure restriction will result in a capacity on Segment 266 (KCSC) KIT CARSON SOUTH of 99,000 Dth/d in the TD1 and 155,000 Dth/d in the TD2 directions.

 

Accordingly, the current Force Majeure declared in Notice No. 122364 will continue to be in effect for the Evening Cycle Gas Day May 6, 2025, and ID3 (cycle 5) Gas Day May 5, 2025, until repairs are complete.
