    Cheyenne Plains Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C.

    Force Majeure Kirk Compressor Station Cancelled

    Cheyenne Plains Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (CPG) had previously experienced an equipment failure at its Kirk Compressor Station located in Yuma County, Colorado, which required repairs.  These repairs are scheduled for completion on August 31, 2025.  As such, CPG is lifting the Force Majeure declared in Notice No. 122114, effective Timely Cycle, Gas Day September 1, 2025.
