Notice of Force Majeure Event
Cameron Interstate Pipeline (“CIP”), pursuant to Section 8.21 of the General Terms and Conditions of its
FERC Gas Tariff, hereby provides notice of Force Majeure event related to equipment failure resulting in
an unplanned outage at its Holbrook Compressor station.
On 12/23/2022, CIP experienced a unit failure at the Holbrook Compressor Station. Based on preliminary
estimates, the unit will be unavailable for at least one week. While there is no capacity reduction currently
in place, restrictions may become necessary with short or no notice for the duration of the unplanned
outage. To alleviate the need for capacity reductions, it is imperative that point operators flow ratably
throughout the gas day.
Updates will be provided via informational postings to the Pipeline’s EBB: CIP Informational Postings
