OFO - Critical Mode Notice

Per NOAA public advisory, Hurricane Laura has strengthened into a major hurricane, with potentially
catastrophic storm surge, extreme winds, and flash flooding expected along the northwest Gulf Coast
tonight (8/26/2020). Evacuation of on-site personnel may become necessary with little to no notice. As
such, Cameron Interstate Pipeline (“Pipeline”) is providing notice of a change in operating conditions, from
[ Normal ] Mode to Critical Mode.

Pursuant to Section 8.9 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Pipeline is issuing an
Operational Flow Order (OFO) - necessary to preserve system integrity, stabilize operations and maintain
reliable services. This OFO is effective Gas Day1 [ 08/26/2020 ] beginning with the [ Intraday 1 ] cycle and
will continue until further notice.

Pipeline may interrupt or discontinue service at any time in response to emergency situations. Shippers
are directed to reduce upstream receipts to EPSQ.

Updates will be provided via informational postings to Pipeline’s EBB: CIP Informational Postings
