VECTOR – GUARDIAN PIPELINE INTERCONNECT OUTAGE DATE CHANGE

Pursuant to the attached planned service outage notice posted 10/30/23 by Vector Pipeline, the work at

Guardian scheduled to begin today has been delayed. Bluewater may be able to receive or deliver gas

at Vector/Guardian Joliet for Gas Days 10/30/2023 – 10/31/2023.

– GUARDIAN PIPELINE INTERCONNECT OUTAGE DELAYED

October 30, 2023

To Vector Shippers:

Major facility upgrades are planned at the Alliance and Northern Border Interconnections in Will
County, Illinois (refer to separate Critical Posting). The Guardian Interconnection will need to be
isolated for several days in order to complete the work at those sites. The work at Guardian
scheduled to begin today has been delayed. Guardian will be available for commercial
activity on October 30-31, 2023. Information on the rescheduled outage will be posted as
soon as it is available.

Please refer to a separate posting regarding Vector’s interconnection with Alliance and Northern
Border Interconnections.

These outages will impact Vector’s firm service contracts and Demand Charge Credit
mechanisms und

er Vector’s FERC (GT&C Section 41) Gas Tariff will apply.
