VECTOR – GUARDIAN PIPELINE INTERCONNECT OUTAGES

Pursuant to the attached planned service outage notices posted 08/21/23 by Vector Pipeline, VECTOR

interconnect with Guardian will be unavailable for Gas Days 09/19/2023 – 09/21/2023 and 10/23/2023 –

10/25/2023. On these Gas Days, Bluewater will not be able to receive or deliver gas at Vector/Guardian

Joliet.

To Vector Shippers:

Major facility upgrades are planned at the Alliance and Northern Border Interconnections in Will
County, Illinois (refer to separate Critical Posting). The Guardian Interconnection will need to be
isolated for several days in order to commence and complete the work at those sites. On
September 19-21, 2023, and on October 23-25, 2023 no commercial activity will be scheduled
at the Guardian Interconnection. The Locations impacted include the meters, PAL and TTS
points (GU151, GU-PAL and GU-TTS).

These outages will impact

Vector’s firm service contracts and Demand Charge Credit

mechanism

s under Vector’s FERC (GT&C Section 41) Gas Tariff will apply.

– ALLIANCE AND NORTHERN BORDER INTERCONNECTS OUTAGES

SEPTEMBER 19

– NOVEMBER 8, 2023

To Vector Shippers:

Major facility upgrades are planned at the Alliance and Northern Border Interconnections in Will
County, Illinois. The meters and flow control valves at these interconnections are being
replaced with equipment better suited for the smaller volume of gas that now flows at these
sites. This work will impact all transportation services at the interconnections for several weeks.
The work dates are September 19, 2023 to November 8, 2023 and no commercial services will
be scheduled during this time. The Locations impacted include the meters, PAL and TTS points
(AL101, ALL-PAL, ALL-TTS, NB101, NB-PAL and NB-TTS).

Please refer to a separate posting regarding Vector’s interconnection with Guardian Pipeline.

These outages will impact Vector’s firm service contracts and Demand Charge Credit
mechanisms under Vector’s FERC (GT&C Section 41) Gas Tariff will apply.
