Since the last posting, ANR has revised the dates and capacity impacts for maintenance on the Southeast Mainline at the Madisonville Compressor Station located in Hopkins County, Kentucky. ANR anticipates this posting may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. As a result, capacity will be reduced as follows:9/22 – 10/10 - Cottage Grove Southbound (LOC #FPCTGGSB): 260 MMcf/d (leaving 972 MMcf/d)Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows: 18% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ10/11 – 10/19 (previously 9/22 – 10/10) - Cottage Grove Southbound (LOC #FPCTGGSB): 100 MMcf/d (leaving 1,132 MMcf/d)Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows: 4% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ9/22 – 10/10 (no change) – Beulah Interconnect (LOC #201838): 30 MMcf/d (leaving 0 MMcf/d)Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows: 0% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQAny reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 6.36 of ANR’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). However, ANR will only issue RCCs if ANR is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day Non-Force Majeure Average Usage Quantity, as defined in Section 6.36.2 of ANR’s Tariff, less any scheduled quantities on the contract.
