Since the last posting, ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") has extended the FMJ through 5/31. 2/6 – 3/31 – Cottage Grove Southbound (LOC #FPSCTGGSB): 603 MMcf/d (leaving 680 MMcf/d)4/1 – 5/31 - Cottage Grove Southbound (LOC #FPSCTGGSB): 603 MMcf/d (leaving 629 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows:                  15% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations                47% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ 2/6 – 3/31 – Shelbyville Southbound (LOC #FPSHBVSB): 394 MMcf/d (leaving 670 MMcf/d) 4/1 – 5/31- Shelbyville Southbound (LOC #FPSHBVSB): 394 MMcf/d (leaving 647 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows:                    2% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations                  33% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ 2/6 – 3/31 - Defiance Southbound (LOC #FPDEFNSB): 385 MMcf/d (leaving 540 MMcf/d)4/1 – 5/31 - Defiance Southbound (LOC #FPDEFNSB): 385 MMcf/d (leaving 500 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows:                  13% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations                 48% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ
2/6 – 5/31 (previously 3/31) – REX Shelbyville Receipt (LOC #742252): 1,140 MMcf/d (leaving 160 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows:                   9% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations                 77% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ Any reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 6.36 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff ("Tariff"). However, ANR will only issue RCCs if ANR is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage.
